Cannot install Wwise 2019.2.11.7512 on MAC running YOSEMITE (10.10.5)

Cannot install Wwise 2019.2.11.7512 on MAC running YOSEMITE (10.10.5).

I've tried and failed, using various methods with the Wwise launcher/downloader. And no matter what, it ALWAYS says (I can't seem to upload a screenshot here):

"Install operation completed successfully."

BUT then has a separate POP-UP that reads:

"You can't use this version of the application "Wwise" with this version of OS X. You have OS X 10.10.5. The application requires OS X 10.13 or later."

Yes, I have restated my MAC. Makes no difference. Any ideas? According to the download page, Wwise should work for AC running 10.9 and above. Please help :-)

This appears to be a mistake in the documentation: starting with Wwise 2019.2.8, the minimum requirement has been increased to 10.13 in order to support Apple Silicon.
Note that the sound engine's minimum version is still Mavericks (10.9).
