Cannot open wwise Launcher

I installed Wwise Launcher on the Intranet computer with offline file,but after I close the Wwise launcher,I can't open Wwise Launcher more.When I try to open Wwise Launcher,it's stuck in the open page state,and shows "Please wait while Wwise Launcher is loading".Who can help me?

You can try to remove Wwise Cache folder: %appdata%/WwiseLauncher
