Error with Generating Sound Banks

LogAkAudio: Error: WAAPI Sound Data generation failed: Cannot execute call because Wwise has an exclusive lock. Please try again later.

This was the latest error I received from generating sound banks in Unreal after a previous team member generated the banks themselves and submitted those updated generated Wwise banks to source control. Something about a lock. I couldnt find any documentation on this from the Wwise end of things though, what do I need in order to open the correct files here up for write again?

Same, wish this error message was more informative. I'm using a test project with no version control, why would there be a lock of any kind?
