Regarding a native Apple Silicon version:

We are in the final steps of publishing Wwise 2019.2.8, it should be available later today.

Although a bit later than expected, Wwise 2019.2.8 was released on December 11th. The FAQ was updated to reflect that the SoundEngine and the game engine integrations now run on Apple Silicon.
