Best method to put up a Unity package to Asset store that depends on Wwise?

Hey there!

 

I have a set of scripts and prefabs that provide immersive audio capability to Unity using Wwise and a third party program. I've been wanting to upload a demo along with the assets using a Unity demo project with a Wwise integration. Is there anyway that I can package an entire Unity project with Wwise integration to the asset store? Are there any license/redistribution problems associated with this?
