Wwise Remote Connections - Device not showing up

Question

Hello, I started the 101 course, in Lesson 1 it asks to connect to your computer in the remote connections box to capture log the "Cube" game. However, nothing is showing up. I am running the latest 2019 wwise patch, and have tried turning off firewall, and relocating the Cube Folder. Suggestions appreciated. I am using Windows 10 on a laptop.

to verify that the port is actually open and visible run cmd.exe as admin and type:

netstat -abn

you will see a list of image names look for Cube.exe or whatever the image name is and see what port is open ( if any ).

here is an example on my system with an image called test_framework.exe which has initialized wwise and opened communication on port 63171/63983
