Generate Soundbanks gives error: "No license for 'Wwise Reflect' plug-in. " , but I do have an evaluation license

I'm running through the tutorial : https://www.audiokinetic.com/library/edge/?source=UE4&id=usingwwisespatialaudio.html
I see the error message above when I try to generate the soundbanks for the reflect section, but I do believe I have WWise Reflect eval license and properly installed.

Please advise
