无法切换语言，在“help”菜单中切换语言无反应

看不太懂英文呢，看着菜单栏里官方是支持中文的，但是选择后没反应，重启软件也没用。接着试了切换其它语言也都没反应，一直都是英文。而且我记得安装的时候有个地方选择语言的， 我选择的是中文。请问怎么解决？
