is there anyway run Cube Demo on Mac 10.9.5 ?

Hi 
as i mentioned above I can not run Cube Demo on my Mac os x version 10.9.5 even i download sdk2 file, and also i did the drag and drop on Terminal from path , it says permission denied. if someone knows, please help.Thanks.
