It'd be great to use a Bus' RTPC tab to modulate additional voice parameters, such as voice reverb sends. It's doable with voice lowpass, highpass, volume, and pitch. What's the problem with reverb sends?

Hi Christian

This is already possible, if I'm not misunderstanding you. (edit: I was!) You can just select "User-Defined Auxillary Send Volume 0" (or any other send) as the Y-axis in the RTPC-pane.
You can do the same for the game-defined sends too. You can always tell which parameters can be controlled with an RTPC by looking at the symbols next to the value.

If you are talking about sending to a reverb effect on the bus in question, you can control this in the RTPC-pane on the effect itself.

Hi Tobias,

The thing is - I'm trying to control the voice's aux send with the bus' RTPC tab.

If you go to Master-Mixer Hierarchy and open the Bus RTPC tab, then look into the list of parameters available for the Y-Axis, you'll find both "Voice Volume" and "Bus Volume".

But in terms of aux sends, there is no "Voice Game-Defined Auxiliary Sends Volume", only "Game-Defined Auxiliary Sends Volume". Same goes for any of the User-Defined ones. It would be really useful to be able to control more 'voice level' parameters but actually controlling them from the bus hierarchy.

Let me know if perhaps I'm wrong and just haven't figured it out.

Kind Regards
Christian
Hi Christan

Ah, okay - nope, you're right. That would be great. :-) I assume they just omitted all the voice sends on the busses because the additional 15 menu points would be a little daunting. But definitely useful - perhaps there should be a sub-menu for the voice parameters?

Kind Regards
Tobias
