Can I send information to LFE from Mono/Stereo audio files?

Hi everyone,

I would like to send information to the LFE from stereo/mono audio files. As we can do in a linear production 5.1 in daws like Pro Tools.

For example, if I have a motor sound how can I decide how many signal I’ll send to the LFE channel.
