Wwise launcher will not install on 10.11.6 OS X

Hello,   

 

I am running OSX 10.11.6.  When I try to run the Wwise launcher I am met with this error at the tail end of installation.

I tried Wwise support and they were not able to solve the issue.  Any ideas?  I also tried rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wwise2017 in terminal.
