Error instaling Wwise

I downloaded the latest version and every time i try to install an error pops up that says:

 

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.

A porogram run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

 

I don't know if it's because of a windows process or somethig like that, I tried to install without having any window open but it doesn´t work.
