Manipulating MIDI Tempo (Unity)

Is there a function that I can call from Unity to change the BPM of a MIDI Music Segment?

I'm aware that I can create a RTPC Game Parameter to change the playback speed but I'm looking for a way to send the BPM directly to the music segment.

I've been thinking about a work around for this.

I believe if you divide the bpm you want and the bpm you start with you should be able to get a percentage value that can be passed to Wwise Time Stretch.
