Is there a way to post an event when a stinger gets played?

I know how it can be done by code in the game engine, but is there a way to do it within Wwise itself?

A trigger gets activated next bar, and another event is posted at that same time on the down beat.

As far as I am aware this is not possible from within Wwise. What are you trying to do? :-)
