Hello,

This is a short idea of how your helper file can be improved. We've already merged WWise into our sources. There were some problems, but we made it quickly.

One idea regarding your chm instruction: "Wwise Unreal Integration" -> "Using the Integration" -> "Initial setup", sentence:

"This path is relative to the game's base directory, as given by FPlatformProcess::BaseDir() in Unreal Engine."

This suggested me that game directory is the directory of "%gameName%.uproject"'s file, but no. Game directory was: "%path_to_UE4%\Engine\Binaries\Win64". It would be nice if you add a few words about this, some others sould have problem with this.

Finally, my LinkedProject parameter was equal to: "../../../%gameName%/UnrealWwiseDemo/UnrealDemo.wproj".

Cheers!

Marcin

Hey I am having a problem with connecting wwise and UE4 as well.

My partner and I were able to connect the wwise demo to the UE4 build. We are trying to make a new game from the engine as well as a new wwise project. We are trying to connect the two.

We tried copying the URLs and replacing the names with our own projects but that won't work. Our UE4 is coming up with an error that it cannot generate the banks but .txt document comes up empty.

Is the only way we can do it is create a new unreal project and then just use the wwise demo project with it?

Thanks for bringing this up. We will clarify this for the next version of the integration.
