Wwise Unity Install happens multiple times over Perforce

Question

I have wwise working through Perforce on multiple computers. Everything is integrating fine except the initializer for unity has a bad habit of popping up whenever we reload the scene. I wouldn't mind so much, but every time we close the installer, it removes the wwise global we had correctly set up in the scene. It's more of a nuissance then a massive problem but it does affect productivity for the team. Has anyone ran into this?
