Where did "arguments" go in the game syncs tab?

Hello,

I am learning to use Wwise and I can't find the "arguments" in the game syncs tab, as mentioned in this video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCh25CqVAMg&hd=1

I am using the latest Wwise version: 2013.2.3 build 4833

Arguments were removed from Wwise.  

You can now use State or Switchs instead of arguments inside a Dialogue Event.  Here is the transitions:

• Argument : State Group or Switch Group
• Argument Value: State or Switch
