I haven’t used it in a long time and can't remember the password,
so I requested a password reset on the site.
I received a notification that an email was sent,
but I haven't received any email at all.
I am posting this question using a new account.
Please reset my password and allow me to log in.

Hello Inseung,

Could you try again now?
I set your account to require password change on login, but I'm not sure if you'll get asked about your old password on login anyway.
So I also changed your current password to your email address (Capital first letter + excluding @ and what's after).

If this doesn't work, let us know and I'll notify our web team.
