Why does the Wwise 101 exam say I have reached the time limit as soon as I open it?

Hello Alexander.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the Wwise-101 exam.

This odd. Is this the first time you open it? Or did you already enter the exam once, which would have started the timer?
