I never obtained a licence, and before I appeal my project for licence I want to ask about dates. I actually wanted to ask an official support, but they don't allow me to create a ticket until I register a project.

I want to get free indie licence. What if I am unsure about my release date and even unsure about my game will be ever released. And what happens if I get a licence and my game development could be abandoned/cancelled. Currently I am only person who works on this project, I would like to have a wwise for advanced sound design in my project (and also gain more experience working with wwise), but I am never sure about my project will be ever finished.

Can I have a indie licence under this circumstances?
