Wwise soundbank media file ID is 0

I generated a soundbank, but there's one sound not played in the game. I checked the bank's xml and found the media file ID of the sound is 0.....

I re-generated the bank(no changes in wwise project) and all sounds are played now.

So why did it happen? Is it a wwise's bug?
