Mapping of low-pass / high-pass percentages to cutoff frequencies

Hi,

There was once a table of the Wwise LPF cutoff frequencies at this adress : http://www.audiokinetic.com/goto.php?target=kb&article=32
The link is still in the 2014 documentation but it's broken.
Could you share this table, if possible with the HPF frequencies too ?
