Wwise Event play option not loading in soundbank

My Wwise Event play option says its included, yet when I generate soundbanks I get no sound and I get the EventID not found error in profiler. I am using the Limbo test sample, and this wasn't happening before adding a license so I am unsure why it is happening now.
