[UE5] Is it possible to use both traditional line-of-sight obstruction and spatial audio simultaneously?

All the documentation says you can, but nothing I've tried works the way it's supposed to. Rooms and portals have covered what I need for the most part, but there are some areas where I have walls that aren't dividing rooms, but I'd still like them to occlude sounds. (e.g. walls/large objects within the same room). Having to choose exclusively between default obstruction/occlusion and Wwise Spatial Audio will leave something to be desired either way.
