The PS5 DualSense controller is not vibrating / its speaker not sounding when playing an event from the Wwise Project Editor. I have everything configured correctly in the Wwise project — I can verify because the vibration works great with an XBox controller. There is not much if any information out there about getting a PS5 controller to work with the editor and the only official response I have seen is from within this Community Q&A forum, three years old (which posits that it should just work after the 2021.1 update).

Is there any documentation out there that covers how to get a PS5 controller working with the Project Editor? Or, is there any insight you can provide here?

Notes:
• The PS5 controller does indeed connect to my PC properly; I know this because I can use it to play games on Steam.

• I am running Wwise 2023.1.0, with a trial license installation of the Motion plug-in.

• I have my motion and controller speaker Buses assigned as Auxiliary Buses 0 and 1, respectively.

• I can see the device output for each working just fine in the Meter.

Also curious about this.  Other posts with AK responses suggest that official dualsense support was supposed to be added in some version of Wwise 2021.   We're on 2022.1.9 here and I also cant seem to get it to work with a Dualsense physically connected (works fine with an XSX controller though).
Same here, and it's also not working in our Steam build either, which is very worrisome. Steam will vibrate the PS5 controller, from its test mode, for both Bluetooth and wired connections.
Has any workaround or implementation got it working? we are facing the same issue.
