Thousands of streaming ".wem" files.... Can I organize this better?

I have over a thousand voice lines that I'd like to stream, but setting them up to do so and hitting generate will flood my GeneratedSoundBanks directory with over a thousand .wem files. This many files slows down my workflow in explorer or when using perforce. Is there a better way to manage .wem files or can they be put in a sub folder? (The file packer doesn't seem to be a workflow solution)
