"Bad CPU type in executable" when installing on Apple Silicon mac (M1, M2)

Audiokinetic is aware of an issue that prevents Wwise installations in the Audiokinetic Launcher on Apple Silicon macs when Rosetta 2, the x86_64 on arm64 emulator, is not installed.

As a workaround until this issue is fixed, you can trigger an installation of Rosetta 2 from the terminal with the following command:

/usr/sbin/softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license
