Why does Waapi throw for queries that dont yield any objects?

Hello,
I am using waapi to send some commands over to wwise. Currently I am using "from: query" to run queries and get the results, but its displayed as error in wwise and in code it will throw, when the query doesnt have any results.
Is this behaviour intentional or a bug?
