Hi everyone!

I have a problem with footsteps in my game in unity.I made a random container with different footstep sounds, i then added the script to the player in unity and the random container is playing sounds but really fast in succession. I tried adding wwise silence between the footsteps in a sequence, but that didn't really do anything. I need the footsteps to be random, but i want to be able to control the time between each footstep.

Hello Ana,

Instead of posting your sound when the player is simply stepping, you can post your sound within a certain point of the walking animation whilst it still being from a random container.

^Link^ Posting Events from Animation Lesson 4 of the 301-Certification covers how to achieve this, I have linked it.

I hope this helps!
