I submitted a bug report, but I am hoping that somebody from found a workaround or I am hoping to find out that I am doing something wrong myself.
Editing files in source editor or re-importing files of the same name in Wwise do not seem to update upon generating sound banks in ue 4 and ue 5 until you restart unreal engine. I am using wwise 2021.1.10 and unreal Engine 4.27.2 and Unreal 5.03 on the second project and this issue happens on both.
Any idea for a workaround that is not re-starting unreal engine every time yo modify a source file? (clearing sound data, cache, data in assets do not help btw.)
Anyone encountered this problem?
