How to revert to an earlier version of Wwise with Unreal intergration?

I had a bit of an accident while setting up Wwise with Unreal integration.  The problem is that I integrated a beta version of Wwise (not for production), which was the latest version.  How do I uninstall this integration from my Unreal project, so that I can then install an earlier stable version of Wwise?  Unfortunately I didn't back up my Unreal project before performing the integration.
