Anyone know how to fix this? After multiple installations and downloads of the launcher on different networks, as soon as I try to open the launcher, I get this problem:

An error occured. We are sorry for the incovenience
If you were in the middle of an installation, please restart the Wwise Launcher and try again.

If I press "ok" to close the window, the launcher closes and the loop continues, does anyone know what I can do?

- AMD A10 A10-5745M 2.1 GHz
- 12 GB DDR3L-SDRAM 2x SO-DIMM
- 1000 GB SD
- AMD Radeon R7 M260 2GB
- Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) 10,100 Mbit / s Bluetooth version: 4.0
- Windows 10 64-bit
