where, exactly, do you find libSDL2 macOS DMG Runtime Binaries

Hi, I can't find libSDL2 macOS DMG Runtime Binaries on the github page anywhere. I assume I'm just not searching correctly. Please help. Is there a specific place on that rather complicated page where I can search or click for the libSDL2 I need in order to work with the Cube demo?
