No output through mastering suite plugin

Hi! Trying to get the mastering suite plugin up and running. License is activated, and it's set up on the system audio device on the last effect slot as recommended in the help section. However, there is no signal going into the mastering suite. Does anyone have experience with this issue? Does this have something to do with the "passthrough mix" not being active? I'm on unreal 4.26 and wwise 2021.1.5.
