Using WAAPI to create blend tracks and access properties related to it

I'm trying to simulate a realistic car engine using blend tracks, I need to create 100 blend tracks each with their pitch shifters and volume changers

The workflow is repetitive and tedious with all the dragging files and sliders around, and there isn't any information on how to create blend tracks and sync parameters, change track start end values, or how to set a pitch or volume automation points and their values using WAAPI.

If there isn't a way to do these yet, I think this would be a fantastic christmas gift to the users working on blend containers.
