Never play all empty sub-tracks, force to play at least one music track

Hello,

We have a musical theme running in an exploarition mode of our game. All music tracks have sub-tracks with nothing inside so that there is a 50% chance something is playing or not. But it happens quite often that all empty tracks are playing, so that there is no music at all.

Is there any way to tell wwise to always play at least one "loaded" track (or more) and NEVER all empty tracks, to avoid silence?
