Wwise launcher download error

ERROR: The request could not be satisfied (gowwise.com)

Greetings. I am trying to download the Wwise launcher from here Audiokinetic and once i click download link i am keep getting this error. I havent found any ways how to solve it. I am user from Russia. Could this error mean, that software is restricted to me?
