Finds the device ID for particular Audio Endpoint.

Note:: CoInitialize must have been called for the calling thread. See Microsoft's documentation about CoInitialize for more details.

Returns:: A device ID to use with AddSecondaryOutput or AkPlatformInitSettings.idAudioDevice
