Each version of this integration matches a specific build of Unreal Engine 4. Here is what has changed in the 2019.2.3.7304.1690 release of the integration (in addition to upgrading to the new Unreal build).

- WG-49104 Added new async version of various PostEvent blueprints node and AkAudioDevice functions. The async version will properly wait for the media to be loaded before posting the event.
