New Features

  • WG-49699 Mastering Suite: Disabled control points are now visible and can be toggled back by double-clicking on them.
  • WG-51642 Added a profiling filter bar to the Attenuation tab in the Attenuation Editor.
  • WG-51843 Color and OverrideColor are now accessible through WAAPI and Tab Delimited Import.

Performance Changes

  • WG-51703 Improved profiling performance when handling Voice Inspector data.

Miscellaneous Changes

  • WG-50715 Mastering Suite colors for curve and points have been improved in all three themes for better contrast and visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • WG-50209 Fixed: Crash when plug-in sinks fail to initialize.
  • WG-50819 Fixed: Possible crash when generating SoundBanks and disk is full.
  • WG-51290 Fixed: Capture Log does not show error messages from plug-ins.
  • WG-51335 Fixed: Deleting and inserting files in a Wwise project folder can cause Authoring to lock file resources or crash.
  • WG-51409 Fixed: AK::GetWindowsDevice returns NULL for default devices.
  • WG-51425 Fixed: Loop count randomization in random and sequence containers doesn't work when the base value is 1.
  • WG-51457 Fixed: Clicking on a drop-down list inside a tree control is preventing further mouse wheel scrolling in the tree itself.
  • WG-51474 Fixed: Undos containing changes made in the Mastering Suite graphs are not labeled properly.
  • WG-51511 Fixed: Changes made outside of the Mastering Suite GUI have wrong value restrictions.
  • WG-51513 Fixed: (Mac Authoring) Text is pasted twice in text edit controls.
  • WG-51532 Fixed: (Mac Authoring) Cmd is not mapped to Ctrl key.
  • WG-51579 Fixed: Convolution reverb with 5.1 IR or 7.1 IR can output some reverberation content to the wrong surround channels.
  • WG-51596 Fixed: In some circumstances, audio from only one listener is sent to a given output device.
  • WG-51605 Fixed: There's no way to disable the Game Object Filters in the Game Object 3D Viewer.
  • WG-51623 Fixed: Assert or other processing errors when loading SoundBanks containing Convolution Reverb data that was generated before Wwise 2019.2.6.
  • WG-51761 Fixed: Crash when changing the target of a BypassFX Event Action.
  • WG-51810 Fixed: Too many modules initialized during console convert-external-source action.
  • WG-51889 Fixed: Hang on a sample-accurate transition with two Opus files shorter than the audio frame length.
  • WG-51913 Fixed: Mastering Suite's Limiter's hard mode outputs left channel in both left and right channels for stereo output configuration.
  • WG-51982 Fixed: (WAAPI) The C# client cannot connect more than five times in a row. The client freezes on the sixth attempt.
  • WG-52005 Fixed: Pressing F10 after clicking the toolbar does not activate the Interactive Music layout.
  • WG-52035 Fixed: Crash when markers are set close to a sample-accurate transition.
  • WG-52068 Fixed: Possible crash on memory allocation failure with busses and multiple listeners.
