This error indicates that you attempted to do a live modification of a parameter of a Source plug-in that was marked as "Render". This also happens for Effects plug-in that are marked "Render". Since those are baked-in at the moment of SoundBank generation, they can't be modified live.

This is simply a warning. The next time the SoundBanks are generated, the new parameter setting will be taken in account.
