When initializing 3D audio services, the hardware refused the specified channel configuration. Ambisonic output will be disabled and all audio will be mixed to an ordinary channel-based mix.
Probable causes:
The console's audio settings explicitly disable 3D Audio.
The 3D Audio processing library or hardware is in use by another process (usually Unreal or Unity).
Recommended resolution steps:
Make sure Unreal or Unity's audio system is disabled.
Verify the system's audio settings or audio output properties on the console.
