Probable causes:
The SoundBank containing this audio node is not loaded yet or has been unloaded before the call.
The audio node is not part of any SoundBanks in the project.
There is a typo in the ID passed in the function parameters.
The SoundBank was not regenerated or redeployed after adding the audio node to the project.
Recommended resolution steps:
Connect the Wwise Profiler to verify if the SoundBank containing the object is loaded prior to this error.
Enable API Calls in the Profiler Settings (Alt-G). Connect the Wwise Profiler and validate the parameter passed to the function triggering this error. Alternatively, put a breakpoint in your game code on the specified function call.
Regenerate and redeploy your banks on the test console.
