bool AkPlatformInitSettings::bEnableDirectInputSupport

Enables run-time enumeration and support of DirectInput devices for AK Motion plug-in. Disabling this can alleviate potential issues with stability around device management, and improve overall responsiveness of device enumeration. Default is false.
