The Composite track is the top of the layer hierarchy and is the composite output of all the layers combined. All composite tracks are colored white in all libraries.
In Robotic subprojects that involve loops, there are four Composite tracks:
Composite: The entire sound from all layers of Start/Loop/End parts of a sound.
Start: All the layers of the start elements of a sound.
Loop: All the layers of the loop elements of a sound.
End: All the layers of the end elements of a sound.
The four composite tracks of a Robotic subproject. The Start, Loop and End Composite layer tracks route to the Composite track. |
The Basic Layer is the main body of the sound. All Basic Layer tracks use yellow custom colors, alternating between light and dark shades.
The Details Layer adds elements that enhance the sound, there may be several details layers depending on the subproject design and have an additional description to the name. All Details Layer 2 tracks use blue custom colors, alternating between light and dark shades.
The Details Layer 3 adds elements that enhance the sound. There can be several details layers depending on the subproject design. Each has an additional description in the name. All Details Layer 3 tracks use orange custom colors, alternating between light and dark shades.
The Weight Layer adds to the perceived mass of the robot. All Weight Layer Tracks use red custom colors, alternating between light and dark shades.
The Cinematic Layer is for moments when a Robot is the center of attention and can be used for dramatic effect. All Cinematic Layer tracks use purple custom colors, alternating between light and dark shades. This layer is muted by default.
