It is not possible to be both inside and outside the aircraft simultaneously from a listening perspective. The aircraft projects are set to the Exterior listening perspective by default, with the 03 Engine Interior Layer track not assigned to an output bus. To listen from the Interior perspective, mute the Engine Composite track and assign the 03 Interior layer track to the Master send. You can then listen to the Interior layer.
The Region Matrix is configured to render the Interior layer from the 03 Interior track. You do not have to assign it to the Master send to create a rendered file.
