Wwise Unity Integration Documentation

This release delivers the Wwise SDK update for Wwise 2024.1.2.

Compatibility:

Wwise SDK: 2024.1.2
Unity: The integration was tested with Unity 6000.0.26f1. The minimum supported version is 2022.3 and the maximum supported version is 6.0.

Bug Fixes

WG-75925 Fixed: Modifying scaling factor while the AkObject is disabled creates faulty call to the sound engine.

Fixes for Community-Reported Bugs

WG-75201 Fixed: Files for built-in plug-ins are present in the Integration's Plugins folder.
WG-75715 Fixed: On all platforms except Android, sound doesn't play when Create Sub-Folders for Generated Files is enabled in the Wwise Project.
WG-75835 Fixed: Improved logging when WwiseProjectDatabase.dll or WwiseProjectDatabase.dylib is missing from the Asset folder.
