Reads the value of a particular attribute under the current node.

Parameters
[in]in_thisCurrent reader instance of this interface.
[in]in_rcsAttributeNameThe attribute name
[out]out_rcsValueThe attribute value. The buffer is owned by Authoring and is valid until the next API call.
Returns
true if the value exists.
