Play Failed.

This is a generic error indicating that an Event could not complete. The reason for the failure usually immediately precedes the error in the Capture Log.

Recommended resolution steps:

  • Check the Capture Log for the line above the error.

  • Select the error in the Capture Log and follow the connected dot indicators to find all related notifications. One of them should provide an indication of what caused the failure.
